Halloween, already?

What should Penelope be for Halloween? I like making her costumes. It gives me a chance to practice sewing on something that doesn't have to be perfect. Who's going to care that her spider costume arm holes are completely different sizes? My only idea so far is Boo from Monster's Inc. (we call Penelope Boo as a nickname). This is the only photo I could find online so far of a Boo costume and it looks like Penelope would fall over trying to walk in that thing. (but it is pretty darn cute)


Penelope's favorite thing right now is Lightening McQueen from the movie Cars. She freaks out when she sees anything with that little red car (or rather "truck" as she calls it) on anything, coloring books, stickers, our wipe container. But what Cars costume could I do for a little girl?
